After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Click the link to verify your email and activate your account. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, contact our support team.

You can update your shipping address before your order is shipped. Simply log in to your account, go to “My Account” > “Addresses”, and update your shipping details. If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer support as soon as possible to request a change. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

Points are part of our LuxxRugs Rewards Program, where you earn points for various actions on our website. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

If you haven’t received tracking details or have concerns about your payment, please contact our support team for assistance.

If you haven’t completed the payment, your order won’t be processed, and you don’t need to take any action. However, if you’d like to remove an unpaid order from your account, you can:

  1. Log in to Your Account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Find the unpaid order and select “Cancel Order.”
  3. Confirm the cancellation, and the order will be removed.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, here’s what to expect:

  • Order Processing: Typically takes X business days before shipment.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated X-Y business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated X business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. If you need further details, please check the “My Orders” section in your account or contact our support team.
